Construction Update: April 2023
Following the completion of crane service works over the holidays, construction progress has continued at a good pace. During this time, necessary modifications to Phase 3 structural plans were resubmitted to planning and approved, and are now underway. Interior works have continued in Phase 1 and 2, and significant progress has been made on the internal MEP.
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
PHASE ONE
Structure is complete, secured and prepared for fit out
Glass windows and doors have been installed and sealed
MEP works are ongoing throughout
Work safety rails currently being inspected and reinforced
PHASE TWO
Structure has now been completed up to the top floor and some glazing has been installed
Work safety rails are currently being inspected and reinforced throughout
MEP works are ongoing throughout
Pool rough-in works are in progress
PHASE THREE
Staircase 1 has been poured up to the second floor level
Elevators 2 and 3 - shafts have been poured up to the second floor level
All first floor and pool deck columns have been poured
MEP rough-in’s were completed prior to concrete pours
Second floor beams and slab deck are currently being formed
MEP works are currently ongoing throughout second floor beams and slab deck
Staircase 2 has been formed and rebar works are nearing completion, with concrete to be poured this week.
Most of the ICF walls have been formed and poured up to second floor level
Remaining first floor ICF walls to be poured within the next two weeks
Third floor columns are currently being erected in the North section of Phase 3
Second floor concrete beams and slab scheduled to be poured mid-May
Staircase 1 and second floor, south shear walls are scheduled to be poured at the end of May
Third floor beams and concrete slab scheduled to be poured in the second week of June
