Construction Update: August 2022
Construction on the Kailani site continues to progress with the Phase Three structure having been the main focus over the past several months, following the completion of Phase One and Two structures. The team is continuing works on the Phase Three basement and first floor which is progressing very well and is currently approximately 75% complete, meaning it's on schedule and set to be completed within the next few weeks. MEP works are currently ongoing throughout Phases One and Two along with the pre-pour MEP rough-in throughout Phase Three.
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
PHASE ONE
Structure has been completed, secured and prepared for fitout
Glass windows and doors have been installed and sealed
MEP works ongoing
Ancillary works are completed to just below grade level
PHASE TWO
Structure is now complete up to the seventh floor level, secured and prepared for MEP services installation
Units 201 and 202 glass doors and windows have been installed
The pool containment walls and slabs have been poured and prepped for pool construction – pool construction to commence
MEP cans, block outs and sleeves are installed throughout along with main service infrastructure
Ancillary works are completed to just below grade level
Unit 202 model room fit out is now complete and is available for viewing purpose
PHASE THREE
The structural works are progressing very well, with just two relatively small concrete pours remaining before completion of the basement slab at +2’ MSL elevation
The main pool structure is now complete along with the adjacent pond feature on the pool deck
MEP works are progressing well
Basins for emergency flood water ejection have been put in place in key areas of the basement parking lot
Approximately 75% of the first floor slab has now been poured
The north section of the second floor slab has now been poured
The north and south elevator pits have been formed and poured
These works are progressing well and basement and first floor levels are expected to be completed/poured within the next few weeks
