Construction Update: October 2022
Construction on the Kailani site continues to move along at a steady pace. Phase Three basement and first floor levels have now been completed. The building structure up to the top floor is complete, MEP works are currently ongoing throughout and the main pool structure has also been finished, along with the adjacent pond feature on the pool deck.
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
PHASE ONE
Structure is complete, secured and prepared for fit out
Glass windows and doors have been installed and sealed
MEP works ongoing including lightning protection
Ancillary works are completed to just below grade level
PHASE TWO
Structure is now completed up to the seventh-floor level, secured and prepared for MEP services installation
Units 104, 401 and 601 pool containment walls have been poured
MEP cans, block outs and sleeves are installed throughout along with main service infrastructure
Ancillary works are completed to just below grade level
Unit 202 model room fit out is now complete and is available for viewing purposes
PHASE THREE
The structural works are progressing well. Walls and floors have all been poured in the basement parking garage, main electrical room, kitchen, mechanical room and staff room
The main pool structure is now complete along with the adjacent pond feature on the pool deck
MEP works are progressing very well
Basins for emergency flood water ejection have been put in place in key areas of the basement parking lot
The first-floor slab is now 100% complete and preps have been made for the erection of columns and walls leading up to the second floor
