CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
PHASE 1
Underground services have been installed – electrical, irrigation, water and sewer lines
Staircase and ramp are ready to be poured
Footing poured in generator corner. North East corner boundary wall to be poured shortly
Window wells poured and backfilled up to 9’ mean sea level
PHASE 2
Excavation continues
Setting out for Phase 3 Part 1 completed
Footings starting to be poured
