CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

PHASE 1

• Staircase and ramp have been poured

• Generator structure slab scheduled to be poured at 22’msl imminently

• Boundary wall in North East corner has been poured

PHASE 2

• Boundary wall from Phase 1 North East corner is continuing

• Pre-cast man holes for geo wells 5, 6 and 7 have been lifted in

PHASE 3

• Elevator pit is being excavated

• Elevator pit rebar cage is being fabricated

• Multiple footings have been poured

• Basement wall has been poured to 6’msl

• South East corner by Coral Sands sheet piled and deep well blown

• De-watering drainage pond to assist with pouring of footings

• National Roads Authority has completed crosswalks and signage on North Church Street
